Booking is now open for our Leadership for Personalised Care National Gathering and Conference which is being held on 1st May 2024, online from 10am – 4pm. It is open to leaders who want to champion strong, inclusive communities and more personalised approaches to care and support. There will be practical workshops and a chance to network and connect with other and be part of our movement for change – a different type of leadership which is rooted in community-based approaches to health.

Participants explore what’s working and not working in their place around personalised care and what they need to lead collectively to achieve positive change for people and communities.
